Erica M. Roberts is an executive leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing leadership development, workforce innovation, and organizational excellence across the U.S. Federal government and nonprofit sectors. As a former federal executive approved for the Senior Executive Service by the Office of Personnel Management, Erica has designed and implemented initiatives that strengthen talent development, organizational culture, and career growth.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Pathways To Excellence, Inc., a nonprofit focused on workforce and community development, and has held numerous leadership roles with the National Black MBA Association. Erica is a Certified Professional and Executive Coach, Certified Project Management Professional, and holds an MBA and BS in Management from Florida A&M University.
