CANCELLATION / REFUND / TRANSFER POLICIES

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your registration on or before September 8, 2026. A $50 administrative fee ($25 for students) will be deducted from your refund. Telephone cancellation requests will not be accepted.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@chci.org. Requests received after September 8, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.

Once your request is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed, less the applicable administrative fee.

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by emailing events@chci.org. Please include your name, email address, registration confirmation number, and the full name and email address of the person receiving the registration.

Registration transfers must be requested in writing by September 11, 2026. The new registrant must be eligible for the same registration category and will be subject to any applicable rate differences or eligibility verification.
