Deadline to Reserve

The cutoff date to reserve a room at the pre-negotiated group rate is Friday, August 14th. 

Please note that hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Once the block is sold out, we cannot guarantee the group rate or availability of additional rooms. We strongly encourage guests to book as early as possible to secure their accommodations.

CHCI Alumni Reunion Discount

CHCI Alumni celebrating their reunion year (1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, or 2021) during this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month (HHM) celebration are eligible to receive a $100 discount per night off the exclusive group rate of $349 plus 15.95% tax.
